As a Certified Home Stager, Amy consults with sellers to help them make the interior & exterior of their home as marketable as possible to perspective buyers. Consultations with clients are approximately 2-3 hours, in which valuable time is spent discussing each room in detail and reflecting upon what can be done to improve the home's marketability through a visual perspective.

With her background in Interior Design, and a having been a Realtor herself, Amy brings a unique perspective to assisting clients in the sale of their homes. As a Home Stager, she specializes in the following: room design/furniture layout; re-accessorizing; removal of clutter; removal of personal photographs & religious/cultural items; closet/storage organization; assistance in the selection of paint/lighting/kitchen & bath textiles/plumbing fixtures/flooring; home repair recommendations.

Amy provides overall advice on how to improve the appearance of the home with a focus on enhancing the home's features. She also provides personal tips based on her experience as a Buyer's Agent to ensure her clients have successful showings each and every time.
